1. DELIVERIES - All orders are packaged and shipped the same or next business day, depending on when the order is placed. We ship everything at the end of the business day. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
The delivery time in Germany is 2/4 working days. For deliveries outside Germany 5/10 working days.
You have the right to return a shipment within 14 working days in the condition in which you received it.
